Is your contact person knowledgeable of the supplement manufacturing process?  Are they able to answer all of your questions?  If they are not, you are probably speaking with the wrong person.

Besides the sales contacts, can you speak with operations and manufacturing personnel?  Are they willing to address all of your questions?
